This incredible primary bathroom transformation is by Gathered Living from the spring ‘22 One Room Challenge® event. Emily was able to give this bathroom a whole new look without doing any demolition at all.

She decided to flip her existing vanity so she could avoid dealing with plumbing and save some of the budget for other big projects. She gave it new life with semi-gloss paint, fluted trim on the drawers, braided molding on the edges, and new hardware. Lastly, she added a marble countertop and backsplash. The updated vanity is absolutely gorgeous and hardly looks like the vanity she started with!

Other details of note include the new beadboard and extremely cute window treatment.

Here’s an absolutely stunning close-up of the hand painted mural. That’s right— it’s hand painted. Emily had been planning to use wallpaper here, but she couldn’t find the exact right design. So, she found some inspiration images and created this gorgeous mural.

Swapping out the shower curtain for glass is such an upgrade in this bright and airy space.

Just a few cosmetic changes really elevated this little toilet nook. I especially love the new light switch cover.
